作为1 January 2013 之后出生的新生儿的父亲，也有2周的 补助了，补助金额最高$606 一周。

下面来看看 拿补助的要求

申请人 必须是下面的一种
1. 亲生父亲
2. 收养父亲
3.孩子生母的同性恋的配偶
4. 孩子的父母的父母
5. partner of a parent in a surrogacy arrangement, or
6. same-sex partner of the birth mother, biological father or the adopting parent.

申请人 必须 是照顾孩子

申请人必须是 澳洲居民
     a. 澳洲人
     b. PR（绿卡）
     c. the holder of one of certain kinds of temporary visa (for example, a partner provisional visa), or
     d. the holder of a Special Category visa (that is, someone with a New Zealand passport living in Australia).

申请人必须满足工作要求
    a. 13个月内必须工作满10个月， 从申请补贴发放日开始算
    b. 这10个月内必须工作满330个小时，工作不能停止超过8周

申请人收入不能超过150000刀

申请人不能工作或者有收入 在获得补助期间

补贴申请时间
孩子出生之前3个月 到 孩子出生之后52周
